COLORADO RIVER RV PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. 10 MPH Speed Limit
2. Owner reserves the right to limit stay and number of persons per site.
3. Check-out - 11:00 AM, Check-in - 1:00 PM
4. Keep the restrooms clean and orderly. No laundry or dish washing.
PERSONAL HYGIENE ONLY.
5. Campsites should be kept litter-free, including cigarette butts. Do not
pile trash on your campsite, a dumpster is provided for your
convenience.
6. Limit of 2 (two) functional vehicles on site. Non-functioning vehicles
are not permitted. Auto repairs are not permitted on site.
7. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
8. Children under 10 yrs of age must be accompanied by an adult in the
restrooms, lounge, and laundry room.
9. Only Authorized Personnel in building after 7:00 PM. All laundry must
be removed from machines before this time. Last dryer load 6:00 PM.
10. Laundry cost is 1.00 per washer load and 1.00 per dryer cycle to be
deposited into the jar in the laundry room.
11. Pets must be on a leash at all times, 6 ft. maximum. Pets must be
cleaned up after. There will be a 25.00 fine for anyone caught not
cleaning up after their pets. Pets are not to be left unattended
outside your RV unit.
12. The campground reserves the right to ask for the removal of any
vicious or destructive pets.
13. Campfires in designated fire rings and grills only. Extinguish with
water before leaving fire.
14. No clothes lines or ropes on campsites.
15. Proper sewer hose connections required - must have donut or elbow
on end.
16. Building of temporary or permanent structures on a campsite is not
allowed without the explicit permission of the campground owner.
17. Management assumes no responsibility for injury, accidents, or
losses from any cause. Management is not responsible for loss of
personal property or acts of nature or God.
